Gosh I love it when people who awe Janeane come in and she is actually respectful and has a TREMENDOUS INTERVIEW!
YOU RULE JG

Janeane you have a beautiful mind. I appreciate how you struggle to make sense of the damage the neocons are doing by "naming" or attempting to link this nightmare into a picture we can understand. However, sometimes I think evil is just simply evil. The damage they have wrecked will take years to unravel.

Janeane,
Mettalica is part of the corporate structure. If you remember they were the face and mouth piece for the Recording Industry when they were suing college students over napster. This was because the Recording Industry refused to see the future that was evolving on the Internet some 10 years ago.

ANTI-WAR PROTESTERS TARGET WOUNDED AT ARMY HOSPITAL
Wed Aug 2005 24 21:20:05 ET
Anti-war protestors besieged wounded and disabled soldiers at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C, a new web report will claim!
CNSNews.com is planning to run an expose on Thursday featuring interviews with both protestors and veterans, as well as shots of protest signs with slogans like “Maimed for a Lie.”
The conservative outlet will post video evidence of the wounded veterans being taunted by protesters, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.

Strangers from distant lands, friends of old you have been summoned here to answer the threat of Mordor.
Middle Earth stands upon the brink of destruction, none can escape it.
You will unite or you will fall.
We are all bound to this one fate, this one doom.

MOVE OVER, CINDY: BUSH SINGLES OUT OTHER MILITARY MOM
Wed Aug 24 2005 16:53:27 ET
NAMPA, Idaho -- President Bush today took direct aim at Cindy Sheehan, the anti-war protester who has set up camp near the Bushes Texas ranch and purports to speak for military moms who, like her, have lost a son in the Iraq war.
Speaking to hundreds of Idaho National Guardsmen, the president singled out military mom Tammy Pruett of Pocatello, Idaho, whose husband and five sons have all served in Iraq.
"Tammy has four sons serving in Iraq right now with the Idaho National Guard: Eric, Evan, Greg and Jeff. Last year her husband, Leon, and another son, Aaron, returned from Iraq, where they helped train Iraqi firefighters in Mosul.
"Tammy says this -- and I want you to hear this -- 'I know that if something happens to one of the boys, they would leave this world doing what they believe, what they think is right for our country.'
"And I guess you couldn't ask for a better way of life than giving it for something that you believe in. America lives in freedom because of families like the Pruetts."
The crowd, made up mostly of military family members, broke into cheers and chants of "U-S-A! U-S-A!"

And I could confirm the large protests. I'd recently returned from Caracas and watched 100,000 march against President Chavez. I'd filmed them for BBC Television London.
But I also filmed this: a larger march, easily over 200,000 Venezuelans marching in support of their president, Chavez.
That picture, of the larger pro-Chavez march, did not appear in a single U.S. newspaper. The pro-Chavez marchers weren't worth a mention.
By the next month, when the New York Times printed a photo of anti-Chavez marchers, they had metastasized. The Times reported that 600,000 had protested against Chavez.
Once again, the larger pro-Chavez demonstrations were, as they say in Latin America, "disappeared." I guess they didn't fit the print.

Mr Hamoudi went as far as to question the legitimacy of his Sunni colleagues, noting that unlike the Shias and Kurds, they were appointed not elected, making the case for a referendum even more compelling.
Sunnis hold only 17 of 275 seats because of their widespread boycott of the parliamentary elections, now seen as a huge political blunder.
"Those who are representing the brother Sunni Arabs are not elected," Mr Hamoudi said.
"Therefore, who can say that they really represent the people on the street?
"Therefore, the Sunnis have to express their opinion."
